It's the official stuff, so it's the exact same quality. They don't make special lower-quality versions for the club store. It's all Puma.

Pretty sure custom stuff, like player names or your own name, can't be returned. That's usually how it works for most clubs.

I'd say it's pretty accurate. I usually go a size up for football shirts anyway for a looser fit, but their guide is generally reliable for true size.
